Manchego and Membrillo Quince Paste Appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Ponce de Leon 3,6, or 8 Month Aged Manchego

  • 6 oz Ponce de Leon Membrillo Quince Paste

  • Toothpicks

Instructions:

  1. Slice the Manchego cheese into small, bite-sized pieces. Depending on your preference, these can be thin squares or thicker chunks. Cut the Membrillo Quince Paste into slices that are approximately the same size as the Manchego cheese pieces.

  2. Take a toothpick and slide on a piece of Manchego, followed by a slice of Membrillo. Press them together gently so that they adhere. Continue assembling the Manchego and Membrillo on toothpicks until you have the desired number of servings.

  3. Arrange the toothpicks on a platter and serve at room temperature.
