Ponce De Leon's Quince Paste is handmade in Valencia, Spain. The ingredients include quince, sugar, and lemon. This quince paste has a fresher taste and less sugar compared to similar products. The high pectin content in the Valencian quince gives the paste its firm and jelly-like texture.
