Ponce de León flavor-infused cheeses take traditional Spanish favorites and kick it up a notch. Each cheese is rubbed with chilies, soaked in wine, or infused with truffles to ensure that every bite is loaded with flavor.
Chili Chego is a semi-soft mixed milk cheese from Spain that is infused with red chili. Made using cow, sheep, and goat’s milk, Chili Chego has a semi-hard paste and striking red veining color. The infusion of chili ensures that every bite has a spicy kick.

Truffle Cordero is a semi-hard sheep’s milk cheese from Spain with an ivory smooth paste that is infused with black summer truffles. Truffle Cordero is made by the traditional pressing method and is aged for a minimum of 120 days.

Vino Cabra is a Spanish goat cheese infused and soaked in red wine. Beautiful purple veining is visible in the pale paste of the cheese. There are similarities with a Drunken Goat cheese; they're both made from goat cheese and soaked in wine. The Vino Cabra is also pierced with red wine and thus has a stronger presence in flavor and looks.
